BU 2017-18 (Yuk Shing Building,Mong Kok)

Whenever my fellow students and I talked about our accommodation, I always brag about my place, Yuk Shing Building, because it has very high value for money! Transportation: It takes just only three minutes walk to Mongkok MTR station, and it is easy for us to go to school; with the shuttle bus just around Metropark Hotel Kowloon and Sai Yee Street, it is easy to travel back to Shenzhen directly without hassle!

Location: Langham Place is just around the corner, so it is very convenient no matter if you are buying something for yourself or for others; daily shopping also made easy with the wet market downstairs and supermarket just a few steps away; there is even a post office just around for parcel collection.

Room space: I am living in standard double which is the smallest room types with bunk bed, yet there is sufficient space for two people walking around the room.
Furniture and appliances: Every one got a desk, a wardrobe and a bookshelf, and there is even a storage drawers by the bed; unfortunately there is some minor flaws for my desk, I hope that Contented Living would make a better selection for the desks in the future; there are microwave, washing machine and fridge inside the kitchen, so you just have to bring your rice cooker and you are good to go!

Service: Staff are very nice, and they will sort things out for you attentively whenever you make your request by calls! Appreciate it!

With such a nice condition, there is still a discount for two persons joining together, what a deal! It almost sounds like I am a salesperson, anyway, I'm really satisfied!

City U 2017-18 (Yuk Shing Building,Mong Kok)

I am living at Yuk Shing Building, Mongkok. The place has high value for money; fully furnished with all necessary appliances ready; the facilities are also very tailor-made for students; located at the heart of Mongkok town center with all daily needs could be satisfied easily; the only thing is it could be a bit noisy around the neighborhood, but it is definitely a good choice if you would like to experience the lives in Hong Kong. Moreover, there are a lot of activities or promotions hosted by Contented Living; and the staff here are nice and friendly, especially Queenie is quite outgoing and interesting.

My flat has four single rooms, and I am living in one of the standard singles with well furnished facilities like bed, desk, chairs and cabinets all ready upon my check-in. Though the space might be a bit tight, probably all houses in Hong Kong would have that in common, it has enough space for living. There is complete set of facilities in kitchen including fridge, IC cooker, washing machine, microwave and all basic kitchenwares. The bathroom is clean. To conclude my experience living here during the past month, I would say it is very pleasant, and the room decoration is very refreshing.

It is very satisfying living with Contented Living. First of all, it is all furnished and you could just move in with your luggages. It feels like home in this foreign place to us as we first arrived in Hong Kong; secondly it is very clean and tidy, the cleaning lady comes every week to clean up the common area of our place; thirdly is about its location, the transportation network is well developed, it is very convenient to get to school. And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, wet market and shopping malls around the neighborhood which makes daily shopping very easy; fourthly the place is safe with 24-hour security guards; and finally the service is good, staff at Contented Living have very good working attitudes and they are always helpful and efficient with all kinds of needs.

I like Contented Living very much. Being the first year living in Hong Kong, I am very concerned about the security of my living location, thus I picked Contented Living. And everything looks upon my arrival, the house is clean with nice furniture; the facilities are very thoughtful; there is weekly cleaning service for the bathroom and kitchen; I would say it is very comfortable living here.

The most important thing is, if there is any breakdown on the home appliances, the maintenance guy will come fix instantly. All in all, Contented Living gives me the feeling of home and I love it.

Living in the Contented Living apartments is the best choice for the students overseas as well as for research staffs. A well established website shows the well constructed living space in the Contented Living apartments, and the electronic contract arrangement also make the renting process more convenient and safe. The service quality of the Contented Living's staffs is the second reason you must choose Contented Living, for a safety and security mean, facility and security guards are well managed. Moreover, the rent for living here is reasonable. I have gorgeous memory in Hong Kong because of Contented Living, and I strongly recommend you choose Contented Living!​

I am glad that I choose Contented Living when I was moved out of the student hall. As I am a girl, I like the dorm without mixed-gender. Also, the location is just a 5-min by walk from Mong Kok MTR station. There has a lot of restaurants and a market which is near the building. Moreover, the staff of Contented Living is nice and always help me solve problem when I had.

I am glad that I found Contented Living as my accommodation when I felt nervous about the accommodation search last year. I confirmed the agreement within 2-day. Contented Living is recommended by the school that why I trust them. Also, the location of the accommodation is superb. Many restaurants and shopping mall is near the accommodation, it is very convenient.

Also, the design of the flat is stylish and comfortable, the bed of the room is providing a double bed, I love it! They also provided some entertainment services to us such as a free Netflix account, Halloween event, and some discounts from their partnership.

The staff always had a quick response to me when I had any problem with the room. I was happy that I was living here with my roommates last year.

As a northerner, to me, the biggest challenge in Hong Kong is facing the cockroach. I had not seen one cockroach after I am living here for a year.

High recommend Yuk Shing Building to my peers. You don't have to worry about the utility issue. The staff handled the repair issue quickly. The food market, supermarket, shopping mall, and MTR station are just a few minutes' walk only! Superb location. I am glad that I lived in the Yuk Shing building when I was studying abroad. 50% happiness is coming from the accommodation and my roommates.

The staff is nice and helpful; they solved any problem when I met. The location is convenient. All the fruits price from the market is reasonable.

The living environment is comfortable; the transportation is convenient. Many shopping malls are around the accommodation, you could have many options for shopping. Repair request and the customer service response is quick and polite.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, just few mins walk to the Mong Kong MTR station.
